The ring structure of solid waste block molding machine has the characteristics of higher working efficiency and lower failure rate than the traditional flat die block molding machine. Agricultural and forestry wastes such as corn straw, wheat straw, cattle and sheep dung, cotton stalk, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corncob, branches, leaves, wood chips, and waste plastics from paper mills, scraps from clothing factories, and industrial solid waste are crushed and shredded into dense and renewable biomass molding fuel, which is also called RDF fuel rod after industrial solid waste processing. After pressing into blocks, the volume is reduced to about a quarter of the original, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and more resistant to burning.
The working principle of Solid Waste Block Forming machine
The block press forming unit is composed of feeding belt conveyor, block press main machine, discharging belt conveyor, distribution cabinet and other parts. The working principle is: the raw materials to be pressed are shredded, its length is between 10mm~10mm, the moisture content is 15%~30%, the material is fed into the press press feed port by the feeding conveyor, the press block host is compressed under the appropriate temperature and pressure, and the discharge port falls into the discharge belt conveyor.

Characteristics of Solid Waste Block Forming machine
1. The machine adopts a new compression mode, changes the vertical ring mold structure to the flat ring mode of production, and uses the principle of rotating centrifugal force to evenly distribute raw materials to all molding molds, avoiding the phenomenon of the local material is too centered and caused by the boring, greatly reducing the unit energy consumption.
2. The equipment is specially designed for the characteristics of raw materials with high lignin and difficult molding.
3. Multi-channel seal design prevents dust from entering the bearing lubrication part. The unique die design and the interaction principle of extrusion pressure, friction force and shear force between the rolling wheel make the forming rate smooth discharge under the premise of 100%, and the production efficiency is high.
4. According to the different materials, cooling and heating can be used to increase the output of the pressing block. Cooling uses the principle of automobile engine cooling technology to force the humidity of the grinding disc to decrease, and heating uses high-efficiency heating couples to rapidly heat the grinding tool to improve the production conditions and ensure the stability of continuous work of the equipment.
